Rita Ora Excited for Monica Michael to Return as X Factor Wildcard

On Thursday, 25 year old Monica Michael from North London, has been publicized as the Wildcard Entry for this season's The X Factor. Monica Michael's comeback to the ITV talent show was formally declared on The Xtra Factor.

The X Factor hopeful Monica Michael, initially did not make it through to the final 12 for the live shows, as it followed the performance by Monica Michael with the help of the Girls mentor, British singer and actress - Rita Ora, who was given assistance in the Judges Houses by the 'All About The Bass' singer Meghan Trainor.

However, the self-penned track performance by Monica Michael, in which the X Factor hopeful, dedicated to her late brother, marked down the judges to tears and exhibited the aspiring singer's natural talent.

The Hot Right Now star Rita Ora stated, "'I couldn't sleep Sunday night, having my mind about Monica Michael - if I could cause the other judges of the show to believe firmly in the truth of giving her a wildcard. It's so great that Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez and  Peter "Nick" Grimshaw held the same view. What a roller coaster for Monica Michael, but sooo glad to have her back on the show. So exciting."

Monica Michael shared her excitement at coming back to The X Factor show, Monica said,  "I'm so hyped to be back as the wildcard. Thank you to all the Judges for believing in me and for the public for supporting me. See you on Saturday night!"

Monica Michael also confirmed the good news on her Twitter account stating, "Hi guys! I know Halloween is upon us, but this is not a trick... I AM BACK!!!!" #XtraFactor #WildCard

Nevertheless, Nick Grimshaw supported the decision of the judges and said, "I love Monica Michael, she's just so cool. I said last week 'get her a chair'." Cheryl Fernandez Versini added, "She's very enthusiastic and really happy to come back. This is my most exciting first week I've ever had."
