Liam Hemsworth recently opened up about his intense relationship with Miley Cyrus, but he may have his sights set on another actress.
According to a new report, the Hunger Games star has been crushing on Megan Fox. Now that her marriage with Brian Austin Green is over, a romance could possibly happen.
The stars share the same trainer and have been hanging out at the gym together in between sessions and that’s when sparks reportedly began to fly. Liam finally got the courage to ask out the 29-year-old actress and she's ready to on a date with him.
“Liam’s shy,” an insider tells Star. “He tried to play it cool but he couldn’t stop blushing the first time Megan chatted him up. Of course, she was still with Brian Austin Green at the time so nothing came of it.”
"But that didn’t stop them from making plans after her split. “They made plans to get together soon, maybe even break a sweat with a class," the source revealed.
So far Megan and Brian have had basically the most amicable divorce in the history of Hollywood, but there is no telling how he will react when he catches Megan with a new man.
The insider warns that Brian also works out at the same gym and that things “could get ugly if Liam and Brian met with boxing gloves on.”
Gosspi Cop was quick to slam the dating rumors saying that it's “100 percent false.”
The site is not surprised, however, that Star made up the story claiming that it previously busted the tabloid for wrongly alleging Fox was going bald from dying her hair too often. And Gossip Cop also corrected the magazine for falsely spreading that Hemsworth was dating his Hunger Games co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
Whether Liam is pursuing Megan or not, it seems like the 25-year-old Aussie still loves his ex, Miley.
“You fall in love with who you fall in love with,” he said. “You can never choose. I guess some people just come with a little more baggage. I mean, look—we were together five years, so I don’t think those feelings will ever change."
He added: "And that’s good because that proves to me that it was real. It wasn’t just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be. She’s a free spirit. I think she’ll always surprise people with what she does, but she’s not a malicious person in any way. She’s a young girl who wants to do what she wants to do.”
