Coco Rocha Is Not Rushing To Lose Weight After Giving Birth

Coco Rocha revealed she hasn't exercised much since giving birth to her daughter, Ioni in March because carrying her baby around was enough for her.

The 27 year old Canadian model said she hasn't done any intense workout yet to shed off her baby weight. Rocha also said that since she welcomed her daughter she's been carrying her around and insisted that it's more than enough exercise for her and she realized it made her arms stronger.

"Since having a baby, I wouldn't say I've been working out much -- having a baby is a complete workout," Rocha told PopSugar. "I have the strongest arms since my daughter is now 20 pounds, and she can't walk. So I am carrying her around everywhere."

She also said that she had to set aside exercising her beauty routine since she gave birth. Coco said she doesn't have much time anymore to do all of her beauty regime, as she has a lot to attend to while her daughter is napping. Adding, "Showering must always be saved for later, and makeup has to be quicker. I just throw the baby on the bed, put on eyeliner, and run out the door."

During the interview she also revealed she drinks a ton of water to keep herself, especially her skin healthy. When having fun under the sun, Coco said she always covers herself with high SPF lotion to protect her skin from the damaging UV rays.

When it comes to diet, she said, "I don't really hold back. Whatever I want, I have. I definitely enjoy healthy meals, but I also just love to eat what I want."

She also revealed that she hasn't gone frenzy over the latest technology trend "selfies." However, she had some nice words for the selfie lovers, "my best tip would be to not take yourself too seriously - it's just a photo. So let go, and just have fun."
