Empire Season 2 Update: Lucious Lyon Suffers In Prison While Cookie Lyon Starts Own Studio

As always, 'Empire' has not failed to entertain the viewers in the latest episode of the hit drama series entitled 'Without a Country' with the appearance of guest stars Kelly Rowland and Ludacris, and the comeback of Tiana played by Serayah McNeill.

In the latest episode of the second season, Cookie, Hakeem, and Andre decided to put up their own studio and begin their new record label which they want to be called Lyon Dynasty. The three spent three days after finally deciding to choose the name.

However, Andre was hesitant to join his mom's Lyon Dynasty or LyDy. Eventually he decided to back out from the partnership because he desires to go back to his father Lucious Lyon. Begging his mother, he finally made Cookie release her and go to his dad in prison.

To Andre's surprise, his father Lucious was also having a hard time with the unsympathetic, hardass prison guard rapper Ludacris who shows no sympathy to anyone.

While his brother preferred to quit from LyDy, Hakeem settled to be there knowing that there will be presence of ladies which is the only thing important to him. His ex-lover Tiana also sided with team Cookie for a certain condition - the artist wants to remain solo.

Jamal, on the other hand was urged by his mother Cookie to give Hakeem his album back which made him address his brother as, "Oh, little baby traitor?"

Like Andre, Jamal also sides on his father Lucious and continues to help him get out of the jail.

Meanwhile, Lucious Lyon is not wasting any of his time even in prison. With the aid of his loyal friends, the CEO of the Empire is planning for his comeback. His struggle was even more elevated when his medication lost authorization.

The next episode of Empire entitled 'Fires of Heaven' will be aired on October 7.
