Gavin Rossdale has reportedly moved into a new bachelor pad following his recent split with his wife of 13 years, Gwen Stefani.
Rossdale reportedly bought a $6.5 million house in the Bel-Air area of Los Angeles. According to the report the newly single man, was spotted buying furniture for his newly purchased mansion. He is even said to be enjoying the whole process and was buying from some expensive stores including places like Cassina, Diva Group and Ligne Roset.
"He's picked out a lot of stuff and is enjoying the decorating process," an insider dished to US Weekly. "He carries around a notebook and takes pictures of the stuff he likes."
The estranged couple, who share three children, nine-year-old Kingston, six-year-old Zuma, and 17-month-old Apollo announced last month that they are planning to divorce.
Another source previously told US Weekly that the decision to split was amicable. The source claimed that the pair had been going through some issues with their relationship for quite some time before they announced their decision.
"She isn't angry with Gavin," the source said referring to Gwen's feelings about the break up. "But a year ago, he was already so removed from the marriage and Gwen. The split has been in the works for a while and during all their bad times it made Gwen more focused on work."
Gwen has since then focused on her stint as a judge of the 'Voice' finding comfort with her co-judges, Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams and Blake Shelton, who also recently announced his split with Miranda Lambert.
Meanwhile, the estranged couple will continue raising their children together. The source revealed that both parents have an agreement to properly raise their sons.
"The boys are splitting their time between Gwen's and Gavin's new house," a source told the mag. "Gavin's new house is close to their school and about 20 minutes from Gwen's."
