Big Sean Opens Up About Kanye West's Presidential Bid At iHeartRadio Music Fest 2015

Big Sean claimed he was not surprised by Kanye West's recent announcement to run for president in 2020. He said he already knew Yeezy's future plans.

In the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Festival, Big Sean said that he has already foreseen West's presidential bid three years ago.

"I called that back in like 2012, that Kanye was gonna be running for president. He has so many ideas. He's so passionate," he told the Billboard. "Aside from that, though, I know he's incredible. I mean, he discovered me."

He further pointed out during the time West discovered his talent.

He recalled, "Anybody who can listen to a kid rap at a radio station, see the potential in that and follow it through ... you know, he's one of the greatest guys ever."

While Big Sean was at the backstage talking about his forecast, West on the other hand was so busy keeping his fan's dreams alive. The rapper made a teasing remark to his supposed presidential bid on 2020 during his iHeartRadio set.

During his rendition of his Paul McCartney collaboration, "Only One," he reiterated his possible candidacy by singing, "You'll be the man you always knew you could be - 2020."

This followed after West revealed his plans during the acceptance speech after receiving the Video Vanguard award during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month.

"And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president," he said in front of the sea of crowd.

West actually garnered mix reactions after his monologue, while many fans are so excited with his announcement, Hillary Clinton on the other hand isn't thrilled about running against the rapper in 2020.

"I heard him make the announcement and he said he wanted to run in 2020," Clinton told Ellen DeGeneres. "I would only ask him if I'm running for reelection to wait."
