While it is still unclear if One Direction will reunite again after their upcoming hiatus, Liam Payne is already planning to write songs for each member of the band.
The 22 year old singer and song writer has been writing different genres of music for some time now. And he is willing to step behind the scenes and let his bandmates, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson sing his compositions if they decide to go solo with their career after their upcoming long break.
However, he also admitted that "if the right song comes along" and he thinks he "should sing it," then "I will release it as a solo artist."
Although speculations have been rolling around that the 'Steal My Girl' hit makers will permanently split after their upcoming break, Payne insisted that they will reunite again. He said that they just need some time off to rest as well as "branch out and explore."
The band who were put together in 2010 series of 'The X Factor' and worked under the management of Simon Cowell believes that "it's time to take a well-earned break," after their overwhelming success.
Talking to Attitude Magazine, Payne assured, "Of course we'll work together again; we're not splitting up. We're just having some time out."
"This won't last forever and there will be a point when we will break off and do our own things, but it's something that comes back around and we will work together again," he added.
It was last month, when Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson confirmed through Twitter that they are taking a break next year to focus on solo projects. But the boys insisted that they are not breaking up.
To make their fans feel much better, Niall wrote, "Don't worry though, we still have lots we want to achieve ! Can't wait for you to hear all the new music we have for you and to perform some new songs as the tour continues. Love you all."
