Fox is about to air the second season of their yet another promising TV series called 'Last Man On Earth.' It became a critically acclaimed series when it first aired the public earlier this year and since ratings don't lie when it comes to its viewers, the network decided to have it back this fall season.
Movie Web reported its return on TV along with the trailer that the network released featuring a lot of what's to come for the show's new season. The trailer shows Phil (played by Will Forte) and Carol (played by Kristen Schaal) busy setting up a business inside the White House. On the last scenes of season 1, the story ended when Phil being banned in Tucson and it looks like it is going to pick up from there.
According to Screenfad, Carol decided to go with Phil (who happens to be her ex-husband) after he had to leave town. She thought it is going to create an adventure for the two of them. There is no news as to what happens to the people in Tucson after they left and that is something the audience could look forward to this time. One thing is for sure though and it is the fact the Phil and Carol are going to be on the road having the time of their lives. There is no news as well if Phil will ever go back to Tucson with the group of people in the subdivision. There are no new casts reported as well.
It is going to be another exciting season for this year's Emmy nominated series and its fans are looking forward to it. For those who don't know, 'Las Man On Earth' earned a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and yes, it goes to Will Forte.
Catch the return of 'Last Man On Earth' on September 27 via Fox.
