The rumored new girlfriend of Zayn Malik already revealed that she may have known the singer way before Zayn Malik's split with Perrie Edwards.
In the recent weeks, the Burberry model Gill has been reportedly spotted with Malik. Neelam Gill was also seen gushing over Zayn Malik at the 2015 Asian Awards - where Neelam Gill implied during the interview, that she knew Malik quite well.
Neelam Gill stated, "Zayn's a nice guy, I'm happy he's being honored tonight and I think it will be a great night."
In addition to that, Neelam Gill said on Hollywood Life, "Whatever he does I'm sure he'll be successful, he's really talented and he's a good guy,"
And when Neelam Gill was asked about the unforeseen departure of Zayn Malik from One Direction, Neelam Gill gave her approval of the singer's decision to leave boy band,
Neelam Gill stated, "Honestly, I really respect his decision. I can relate to him because we've both been thrown into the industry and I can only imagine how crazy it's been for him. As long as he's happy, I respect that." the model added, "Whatever he does I'm sure he'll be successful, he's really talented and he's a good guy."
Previously, a report came out that Neelam and Zayn were already close to each other, way before Zayn broke up with his girlfriend thru a text message. The relationship between Neelam and Zayn was assumed to be intimate and affectionate, even when Zayn Malik was still in a relationship at the time.
Reportedly, Malik and Gill met at a studio in London and the two managed to stay connected to each other after that.
