Jeremy Renner got rid of the last memory he has of his failed marriage following the divorce settlement with his estranged wife Soni Pacheco.
The 44 year old actor bought the 5 bedroom house which includes 5.5 baths for $1.35 million in 2009, but he spent a lot of fortune renovating it, now, he sold the 'Hamptons in Hollywood' for $4.3 million, TMZ claims.
Renner reportedly gets half of the profit, for he bought the 7,000 square feet property with his longtime pal Kristopher Winters, who had been caused of his gay controversy, which he discussed with Playboy last month.
"When you Google yourself and the first thing that comes up is "Jeremy Renner gay," it's like, "Oh, now you've arrived. You're now a giant movie star," Hawkeye of the Avengers told Playboy.
"So I just had a big laugh about it. I don't care, ultimately, if that's what people want to think, read and care about, he added."
"We live in the houses while the work's being done. Most people couldn't do that, and we've done it umpteen times," he further explained.
Jeremy and his wife decided to call it quits after being married for 10 months with a prenuptial agreement. During the interview with Playboy, the actor also opens up about the divorce.
"I haven't slept more than four hours a night in the past week. My skin's breaking out. I've got dark circles under my eyes. I'm dehydrated. I look like s***. I felt pretty insecure walking into a photo shoot this morning, and I was running late because I had just gotten out of my fourth deposition for the divorce."
As for the settlement, Jeremy and Pacheco both agreed with the 50/50 custody share with their 2 year old daughter Ava, Sonni will also be receiving 13k monthly as child support, TMZ reports.
