Khloe Kardashian Talks About Her Weight Loss Secret: 'I've cut out soda completely'

Khloe Kardashian has been open about her past and how people bullied her and compared her to her sexy siblings. She even admitted that people described her as the "fat one." But she never considers herself fat even though she's "overweight and unhealthy."

But the reality star started to embrace fitness and eventually her diet secrets worked. Earlier this year, everybody were stunned when she appeared for the copy signing of her new book, the 31 year old star ferociously showed her toned figure.

On Monday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star talked about her diet secrets with the Australia's radio station Nova 96.9.

She said, "I think all diets are kind of weird. The word 'die' is in it. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."

The reality star revealed how she used to love sodas but eventually decided to completely remove it from her life for the better.

She said, "I've made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I've cut out soda completely and I'll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change."

She goes on to explain how she was able to cut out the fizzy drinks."I'll do like one thing, like, a month. I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it."

The Kardashian star praised her trainer Gunnar Peterson for being so "motivating and encouraging."

"So if I'm like, 'I want Beyoncé's booty,' he'll say, 'Okay, we're gonna do that.' He's not like, 'Well, you can't because you're a foot taller than her.' He just is very positive."
