A court representative of Bobbi Kristina Brown has recently filed a lawsuit against Nick Gordon, claiming that the he has physically and emotionally abusive towards the singer and even took money from her bank accounts without her permission, according to reports.
Bedilia Hargrove, Kristina's rep, went to Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday, June 24, to file a lawsuit against Gordon.
She wrote, "Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice one behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured."
The complaint states that Gordon has frequently transferred large amounts of money from her bank accounts to his, without Brown's permission.
According to the lawsuit, Bobbie Kristina's boyfriend has been accused of misrepresenting his relationship with the singer, showing violence towards her and stealing more than $11,000 from her bank account after she was found almost lifeless in a bathtub at her home in Georgia.
Gordon, who 'misrepresented' as Brown's husband, took advantage of everything. The lawsuit claims he was controlling Brown and limiting her with people she could only interact.
The case also states that Gordon took the rights to answer Brown's cell phone. She was also not allowed to make appointments without his permission and he intentionally manipulated her bank details so that he could freely access her money.
As also stated in the lawsuit, Gordon has been accused of beating Kristina, claiming that there was a time that he dragged her upstairs by pulling her hair up, as well as punching her in the face that knocked out her front tooth.
Bobbi Kristina was about to reveal to her close friend about the abuse she was suffering from Gordon. She had already scheduled a time to meet the 'unnamed' friend on January 31, 2015, but apparently she didn't make it.
On the day of her planned meet-up, Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out. Though the lawsuit does not directly and strongly blame Gordon for the injuries, he is currently the main suspect and the authorities have already set out an investigation for him.
On Wednesday, her aunt, Pat Houston, has released an update on Kristina's condition. Unfortunately, the 22-year old singer has been transferred to a hospice care after her "condition has continued to deteriorate".
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," Pat Houston said in her statement. "As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
