Bobbi Kristina Brown Condition: Taken Off Life Support, Moved to Hospice [PHOTOS]

Bobbi Kristina Brown has reportedly been moved to a hospice care facility as her condition continues to deteriorate, according to her aunt Pat Houston.

Five months after the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was first hospitalized on January 31, it has now been confirmed that her life support equipment has been removed and she is now being cared for in a hospice facility.

“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate,” said aunt Pat Houston in a statement.

“As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”

A source close to the family tells PEOPLE, "She's skin and bones now. She has been losing weight, she's been losing hair."

"They were taking good care of her, but she has no muscle tone at all. There has been some worry that her organs are shutting down."

Another source told ET that Bobbi Kristina Brown is now off all medications and could pass away at any moment.

The 22-year-old was found unconscious in a bathtub in January and has been in the hospital since. She was moved to an Atlanta rehabilitation facility in March.

In April, grandmother Cissy Houston told People that Bobbi Kristina remained unresponsive, having sustained “global and irreversible brain damage.”

Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina's 25-year-old boyfriend, was accused of dragging the late Whitney Houston's daughter upstairs by her hair, withdrawing her funds without authorization, and knocking out her teeth just hours before she was discovered face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31.

He was hit with a lawsuit filed by court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove on Wednesday.

The lawsuit also notes that she had confided to someone that Gordon was “not the man she thought he was” and that she had set up a time on Jan. 31 to meet with her confidant. Bobbi Kristina never made it to the meeting.
