The Fast & Furious: Supercharged attraction, will open its doors to the public on June 25. It will feature a ride that uses new technology that is akin to a hologram. Tourists will ride the tram on a 3D adventure with Diesel and the crew of his "Fast" movies, including Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson as Agent Hobbs.

The tram-riding fans experienced viewing a 360-degree, 400-foot screen during the last leg of Universal's studio tour. The tram riders wearing 3D glasses, watched drone strikes and refineries exploding, while the water, smoke and heat were blown up all over. The tram ride reached the speed of 120 mph, then goes up a bridge and jumps over a river.

Vin Diesel stated, "I know when we were making it it felt like we were creating something that I have never experienced," Diesel also said. "We employed all kinds of incredible technology. It's going to be a real unique experience."

Diesel and his crew used bolt cutters and a chain for the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, and the Fast & Furious cast were joined by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Tyrese Gibson talked about the franchise's success saying,"We could easily equate success to box office receipts only," Gibson also said: "We could also equate it to the fact that the franchise keeps going, but I think at the end of the day the fans love the experience of 'The Fast and the Furious,' and that's the biggest compliment."
