'Duck Dynasty' Scandal: Jep Robertson Reveals Childhood Sexual Abuse, Drug and Alcohol Addition in New Tell-All Book

'Duck Dynasty' star Jep Robertson apparently has many secrets to hide, but is willing to share his stories. The youngest brother of the Duck Commander empire has just co-wrote a tell-all book with his wife Jessica, and it is filled with several shocking revelations.

Robertson spoke to ET in promotion of his book, which is titled 'The Good, the Bad, and the Grace of God: What Honesty and Pain Taught Us About Faith, Family, and Forgiveness.' In the interview, he reveals that he was sexually abused by an older female student while riding the school bus. Robertson was only six years old when it happened.

"Back then the high school students would ride on the same bus as the grade school," he explained. "There was this girl there that was just real mean...I don't know, but it was a lot of things took place -- scary stuff. It was tough."

Robertson admitted to keeping the abuse a secret from his family. "I didn't want to go to school," he said. "I had a lot of absences. My mom always thought I was sick and there was definitely other reasons I didn't want to go to school."

The youngest Robertson brother also confirmed that he was once addicted to drugs and alcohol when he was a teenager. The situation was bad enough for his family to organize an intervention, which Robertson admitted was an emotional and life-saving move.

"I saw my mom and she started crying," he said. "Dad called me in there and he said, 'You need to choose between us and the life you're living,' and I just fell down on my knees and said, 'Thank you so much. What took you all so long?'"

'The Good, the Bad, and the Grace of God: What Honesty and Pain Taught Us About Faith, Family, and Forgiveness' will be released on June 23, 2015.
