Not much is known about the upcoming superhero flick 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.' Fans already know from the title that there will be conflict between two of DC's greatest heroes, and that the film will feature a huge ensemble cast of comic book characters.
That is, until the film participated in the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.
In addition to the Batmobile making an appearance at the expo, there have also been several leaks about the plot of 'Batman v Superman.'
Collider has just announced that the official synopsis has been discovered. The movie summary reads as follows:
"Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before."
The synopsis confirms speculations that a human vigilante (Batman, played by Ben Affleck) will try to protect the world from a powerful alien (Superman, played by Henry Cavill). However, fans are quick to wonder whether the "new threat" might be Lux Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) or one of the other mighty superheroes listed in the cast.
The expo also showed off the new costumes that will be worn by Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) in the film.

Prior to the display at the Las Vegas expo, major plot lines have also been leaked. Fans have been clamoring for information about Batman's weapon against Superman, which appears briefly in the teaser trailer.
Although there were speculations that it might be a sledgehammer, Heroic Hollywood has just confirmed that it will be a spear laced with Kryptonite. A smaller version of the spear (more like a dagger) has been featured in the game 'Injustice: Gods Among Us.'

'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' will premiere on March 25, 2016.
