While the winter is still raging the Northern hemisphere, it seems one of the biggest ice cream chains in the world still hasn't had their entire saying for this season's new flavors, as "The Tonight Dough" by Ben & Jerry's gets a formal introduction into the world of ice creams ... and of late night television!
Ever since the premiere of "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" last year following decades of Jay Leno as host of the famous late night talk show, Jimmy Fallon has turned into one of the most popular hosts in television; so much that he's getting his own ice cream flavor, "The Tonight Dough" by Ben & Jerry's!
In the website of the ice cream giant, the company states that the idea for "The Tonight Dough" by Ben & Jerry's came as they considered Fallon "one of the funniest people on the planet," besides him being named Entertainer of the Year - and well, if that isn't a great way to get an idea for an ice cream, we don't know what is!
According to The Huffington Post, the new "The Tonight Dough" by Ben & Jerry's, full name "The Tonight Dough Starring Jimmy Fallon," is an insanely delicious-looking ice cream that actually contains two different kinds of cookie dough for everyone's enjoyment, with a homemade flavor to it.
Forbes reports that the new "The Tonight Dough" by Ben & Jerry's flavor celebrates Jimmy Fallon's first anniversary hosting the longest-running talk show in television, after having premiered in 1954 and featured the talents of some of the funniest people to have appeared on television, like Johnny Carson, Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien.
Now, the newest addition to the Ben & Jerry's family consists of caramel and chocolate ice creams adding chip cookie dough, crunchy chocolate cookie swirl AND peanut butter cookie dough - so, as amazing as that sounds, it's time to like up to try the new "The Tonight Dough" Ben & Jerry's flavor!
