'Fargo's' Second Season Will Star Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons: The New Leading Duo

Kristen Dunst and Jesse Plemons will portray a married couple in the next season of "Fargo."

The 32-year-old actress, Dunst, will play the character of Peggy Blomquist, a beautician who have big city dreams, based on the press release of FX. Ed, her husband, will be portrayed by the 26-year-old actor, Plemons, is the assistant of a butcher who wants to give all his support to the self-discovery of his wife even though he didn't understand it well.

Plemons is known for his role as Landry in "Friday Night Lights" of DirecTV and NBC and for his turn as the sinister assistant of Walter White in the last season of "Breaking Bad" of AMC. Dunst, on the other hand, is known in "Spider-Man" films, "The Virgin Suicides", and "Bring It On."

The season 2 of "Fargo" will be aired in fall 2015 for ten weeks. This will take place in Luverne Minnesota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota in year 1976, which more than ten years before the original movie was set during the winter 1987.

According to Noah Crawley, the executive producer of "Fargo" season 2, he likes the idea that somewhere there's a big and leather-bound book that is the history of real crime in Midwest. He also added that the movie was chapter four, and the first season is chapter nine. Now, the upcoming season is the chapter 2.

The latest installment of "Fargo" will also follow Lou Solverson, which was portrayed by Keith Carradine in season 1. Solverson is fresh from the country of Vietnam and tackles a very new case.

The season 1 of "Fargo" has earned 18 Emmy nominations and has won three awards. Currently, the production of the second season will start in Calgary, Canada by January. The entirely new cast of "Fargo" season 2 is highly anticipated by most of its fans.
