Teddy Bass who train Cameron Diaz suggest to cut out white foods. These include cookies, rice, pasta, and bread. When Diaz was trying to lose weight, he always recommend not to eat such foods because they are rich in sugar and your body will tend to burn sugar first than your stored fats.

Eating spicy foods is what David Kirsch recommends to his clients like Liv Tyler and Anne Hathaway to maintain their great shape. In their diets, they add chopped jalapenos, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and other spicy ingredients. This makes foods taste great and can turn down one's hunger. That is why you will eat less.
