Below freezing temperatures in all 50 states including Hawaii were registered on Tuesday. It is definitely the coldest November morning ever experienced since 1976, according to Weather Bell Analytics, meteorologist.

The below freezing temperature was aggravated as New York was struck by heavy storm and pile of snow that led to the death of four people. There were also two casualties to Michigan and New Hampshire.

Below freezing temperatures in all 50 states can be felt at 32 degrees F (0C) or below leading to stranded motorists, road mishaps and residents unable to go out of their home. The biting cold was earlier than expected for mid-November as it is usually experienced in January to February.

The below freezing temperatures in all 50 states had caused four storm-related deaths of people including three who had heart attacks while the other one was killed in a road accident. More people were unable to go to work while schools are closed in some parts of the states.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo officially declared a state of emergency for 10 counties. National Guard troops were assigned in order to assist the residents in removing their vehicles from the snow-clogged roads.

The below freezing temperature had caused a total 150 vehicles to be stranded on the roads for some hours while others had spent overnight without moving in the icy-snowy roads.

A group from Niagara University women's basketball team suffered a lot from the cold weather as it took them 17 hours before they were able to go home.

"It seemed like a nightmare. It just didn't feel like it was going to end," Bryce Foreback, 23, of Shicora, Pennsylvania, said.

As below freezing temperatures in all 50 states were experienced, massive snow had blocked the roads as high of three to four feet in the Western New York. In some areas, it even reached to six feet that has been very alarming and poses higher risk to residents, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
