Chris Hemsworth has been named as the hunkiest and the sexiest man alive for 2014 as People Magazine released its annual list. This has been announced by Jimmy Kimmel as he and Hemsworth played a game of Question and Answer.
The Q and A game had Hemsworth answering the audiences' questions with just yes or no. The catch was that there was a voice changer and a mask via Skype and the audience had to guess who it is.
When his latest accomplishment has been revealed by Kimmel, he said, "Thank you very much for the trophy. I'm most excited about the alive portion of that statement. I'm flattered. Thank you, Jimmy."
He also talked about his also very hot brother, Liam Hemsworth, and he noted that he and his brother have been throwing sexy looks back and forth all week noting that his brother is a real team player.
He continued to talk about being sexy and he said that pursing one's lips and squinting at the same time and pressed that he wanted to thank his parents for making him the way he is now.
Before announcing the big reveal, Kimmel joked that he actually withdrew from the competition in order to give way for Hemsworth. He noted that he thought it would be just fair since he is already the one making the announcement.
Kimmel noted , "I had to keep this a secret for like a week. As you know, sexy secrets are even harder to keep than regular secrets." Kimmel was full of energy and was his usual corky self when he made the big reveal.
Last year's sexiest man alive was Adam Levine and the year before that it was Channing Tatum. On 2011, Bradley Cooper held the prestigious award. Other years include George Clooney, Brad Pitt, High Jackman, Johnny Depp, Matthew McConaughey, Ben Affleck, Ryan Reynolds and many more.
