Alleged Molly Shattuck, a former NFL Cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens back in 2005, has been indicted for orally raping a 15-year-old boy in Delaware on Wednesday.
According to reports, 47-year-old Shattuck met the boy on Instagram and has seduced the boy starting May this year. Due to this, she has been charged with two counts of 3rd degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors.
She has been released as she had paid the bond amounting to $84,000 but the arraignment is said to still continue as a case review is set to happen on December 15.
Police officials released a statement about Shattuck and they noted that the alleged saw the picture of his victim on the social networking site and that it first got physical when they were at the back seat of Shattuck's car. The boy reported there was kissing and touching while the car was parked in a middle school parking lot.
The second incident was during the Labor Day weekend when Shattuck seduced the boy at a rented beach house where she was staying with her kids. The officials added that Shattuck performed oral sex on the boy twice when they were outside walking the dog and when they returned to the bedroom of the rented beach house.
Shattuck allegedly told the 15-year-old boy that they could have an intercourse id the boy wanted to but he left the area. Shattuck reportedly told the boy to be back at the beach house later that day but the boy did not do so.
The 15-year-old boy is said to be attending school where one of Shattuck's children goes to. According to the headmaster of McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland, parents of the school have been alerted that there is an "inappropriate behavior by a current parent".
If proven guilty, Delaware's laws regarding third-degree rape is said to punish such act by being jailed for two to 25 years. Shattuck's case is said to fall under Class B felony.
