Priscilla Presley 2014: Elvis Wife And Mom Of Lisa Marie Speaks About ‘Viva Las Vegas’ Icon

Priscilla Presley's 2014 sees the former wife of Elvis Presley, The King of Rock 'n Roll, talking all about the father of her daughter Lisa Marie, how they fell in love and the fact that she's convinced he wouldn't last in "The X Factor" if he were alive.

It seems that Priscilla Presley's 2014 has been a busy year, as she's been planning out expositions of legendary Elvis. According to the United Kingdom's The Independent, the former wife of The King has just announced that more than 300 items from his home Graceland will be transferred to London for a new exhibit in the United Kingdom.

The new exhibit will be presented at the London O2 Arena, and it will feature items that have never before left Graceland, such as the pool table where legend says the King of Rock 'n Roll challenged The Beatles for a game - starting out, how could John, Paul, George and Ringo resist?

While Priscilla Presley's 2014 hasn't seen her in the spotlight like other times - like back in 2008, when she was on "Dancing with the Stars" -, the still beautiful brunette is always sure to take the chance to talk about Elvis, the only man she ever married, even though she had several long-standing relationships after their split in 1973.

According to The Mirror, after the announcement regarding the exhibit of her husband's life in London, the "Dallas" actress went on to talk about how she didn't think Elvis would have gone well with today's style of music. Priscilla Presley's 2014 had her saying he wouldn't have gone very far in "The X Factor" if he had been a young participant now!

Priscilla and Elvis met each other in 1959, when she was only a 14 year-old teenager. The Brooklyn-born actress was in a party in Germany while he was serving in the army, and she's said ever since that she knew right there that he was the love of her life.

Today, she says he was "the real deal" and a true artist who was as true as it gets.

Priscilla Presley's 2014 sees her the co-founder and former chairman of Elvis Presley Enterprises, which was the company responsible for turning his old home of Graceland into one of the most important touristic venues in America, being the second most-visited private house in the country - only beaten by the White House!
