McDonald’s Food Critics: Experts Were Served Mickey D’s … And Were Totally PUNK’D! [VIDEO]

The new story of the McDonald's food critics who didn't recognize items of the fast food chain has taken the Internet by storm ... because it's always fun to see critics having to swallow their words - in this case, quite literally, too! These YouTube stars showed McDonald's to food critics, saying the food was organic - and they loved it!

According to UK's The Independent, the McDonald's food critics story happened in the Netherlands, as there was a food convention in the city of Houten. Life Hunters' YouTubers Sacha and Cedrique decided to try to pull a prank on the gastronomic critics, and they offered actual McDonald's food as "new, organic alternative to fast food" - and the best part it, they completely went for it.

What they basically did, as said by The Mirror, was stock up on chicken nuggets, burgers and muffins from the famous fast food chain, removing the packages entirely to show them off to McDonald's food critics. They handed them out as "organic samples," and obviously had a hard time not laughing like crazy when the critics absolutely loved them.

"Rolls around the tongue nicely, if it were wine, I'd say it was fine," said one of the food critics during the video, recorded for online channel Life Hunters TV.

The YouTube stars were so cheeky as to actually make the McDonald's food critics directly compare what they were eating to McDonald's food, and said that it was much juicier and generally better - one of the attendants at the fair even went so far as to say that the taste was a lot "richer."

Having a blast during their prank, the jokers went on to say that anyone, even so-called food experts, will believe something is organic if they're told it is, even when it's actually something as non-organic as McDonald's.

You can watch the fun video of the pranksters who cheated food critics into thinking McDonald's was organic - but remember to turn on the subtitles, as it's in Dutch!
