The air is thick with anticipation for season 3 of The Bear on Hulu, and let me tell you, the pressure cooking in this kitchen is ready to explode! Two new trailers have dropped, each hotter than a fresh pan on the stove.
"We're Going to Get a Star"
It looks like this season, Carmy's ambition is burning brighter than ever, his sights set (presumably) on the coveted Michelin star. The kitchen crew braces for the heat as he pushes them to new culinary heights fueled by a wicked set of handwritten "non-negotiables." Even the ever-calm Sydney is feeling the pressure as Carmy offers her a partnership aimed at pushing each other to new heights. Tensions in the kitchen are certainly running high, but there's a distinct tension of a romantic variety boiling under the surface, as well. Will Carmy and Sydney finally give in to their undeniable chemistry? Or will the return of Carmy's ex-girlfriend, Claire, throw a wrench into the mix?
Combine Carmy's declaration to the staff that "We're going to get a star." with footage of a bulletin board filled with photos of food critics - Neil telling his brother Ted, "If any food critics come in, it's code red!" - and you've got the makings of a tense, foreshadowy little dish that fans will be lapping up all season long.
Chicago Is The Best Co-Star
Of course, The Bear wouldn't be complete without nods to its home city. With various scenes filmed around the city including Publican Quality Meats, Margie's Candies, and Kasama, Chicago is practically a co-star that should have its own opening credit. But it's the ever-present rumble of the "L" and its familiar stops that are bound to make Chicagoans proud. Memphis Grizzly fans might be excited to see that The Bear's new logo has even been updated to share the same color scheme as the NBA team. This, of course, means that The Bear gave up the familiar orange and navy that paid homage to the Chicago Bears.
The Bear Season 3 Release Date
The Bear Season 3 claws its way onto Hulu on June 27 for a wild ride through the wild world of fine dining, and this season promises to be hotter, faster, and more chaotic than ever before.
