Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals She’s Not Fussy With Her Children’s Eating, Allows Cake and Coke

Hollywood A-list celebrity Gwyneth Paltrow says she is pretty lax about what to eat and does not particularly forbid any food item for her children - including Coke and cakes.

In an interview with You Magazine, the actress explained that "I don't believe you should rule out any kind of food. I believe in enjoying life. I'm not a good dieter and since I've had kids, I have loosened up a lot," according to a People article by Adam Carlson.

While the actress previously revealed that she prefers organic foods and try to avoid processed and chemical and pesticide-laden foods, she also admits she really doesn't have any rules on what she ate. For instance, she loves French fries and would eat them at every meal if she could.

As for her two children, Apple and Moses, both kids also love French fries and pasta. Gwyneth added that for her it's unrealistic to forbid her kids Coke or cakes. She just approached the problem by adding their meal items with something healthy.

Gwyneth is currently promoting her third cookbook titled It's All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super-Busy Home Cook. The new cookbook is said to include "unusual takes" on classics like Singapore noodles, fried egg sandwiches, and pasta carbonara that are quite easy to prepare according to an article by Elaine Lipworth for You Magazine reposted in the Daily Mail.

Food has always been a passion for the Oscar winner who says that for her, cooking very relaxing. This explains why she makes dinner for her children and friends like Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz. And she even cooks for her ex-husband Chris Martin.

The famous couple split back in 2014, or in her words, consciously uncoupled. Their split is far from the bitter endings most couples have to endure. Chris and Gwyneth are still good friends and are welcome at each others' homes, supportive of each other and co-parent both children.
