Pop star Miley Cyrus posted pictures of an early morning workout at her home.

According to Popsugar, Cyrus managed to grab the attention of her fans when she posted the videos on her social media accounts. In the videos, the "We Can't Stop" singer is seen practicing complex yoga postures while wearing a red sports bra and gray sweatpants.

Cyrus reportedly prefers to do yoga as it keeps her mind sane. While the singer accredits her toned body to the benefits of yoga, she also adds that mental stability is one of the main reasons why she prefers it.

In fact, Cyrus clearly seems healthier than before. Apart from an extensive Yoga routine, the singer also includes a healthy vegan diet as part of her daily meals, according to Examiner. Vegan diet promotes NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS and is known to boost the immunity of the body as well.

According to Yahoo Lifestyle Australia, the "Party in the U.S.A." singer is reported to have shifted to a vegan diet after the death of her beloved pet dog, Floyd. Even her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth is known to prefer a vegan diet.

Cyrus, who was recently announced as a new judge for an upcoming season of "The Voice," is also known to do Pilates training regularly to keep her body fit and fab. She does Pilates for an hour and Yoga as often as possible, according to the report on Celebrity Health & Fitness. The singer's health is looking up and so is her personal life. As elaborated in the report, Cyrus has got back with her boyfriend Liam and is very happy.
