Mariah Carey's getting married with loads of the good stuff! The singer jokes "she can't lift her arm up" because her engagement ring is so heavy. Carey received a 35-carat engagement ring from her fiancé, billionaire, James Packer.
The proposal between Packer and Carey was held at New York City on Jan. 21.
Carey said of Packer:
"It was very romantic. He's an exceptional person and really... it gets more romantic by the day, so it's very sweet."
Carey additionally said:
"We are not doing a big wedding because he did two big weddings, and it's kind of like, 'I've done a big wedding [too]. We would rather make it beautiful but humble."
Packer's emerald designed stone was designed by Wilfredo Rosado. It weighs twice the emerald pink diamond engagement ring Carey received from ex-husband, Nick Cannon.
Carey said she is expecting the wedding to happen soon. It's been just a week since Packer proposed according to People.
Carey showed off a well-manicured fingers in the photo that showed her wearing the engagement ring, according to Hollywood Life.
"Sunshine Outing" did Mariah's nails using nail polish Gelish. The company used Pink Smoothie as the base color. Dustings of "Water Field" and "Am I Making You Gelish?" followed.
