The newest Oklahoma beheading news is as shocking as they could possibly come: last Thursday afternoon, after being fired from a food plant in Oklahoma, a man called Alton Nolen proceeded to drive to the Human Resources office, where he attacked two women, by stabbing one of them and brutally beheading the other one.
It seems that the Oklahoma beheading happened after the suspect Alton Nolen was fired from the Vaughan Foods last Thursday afternoon in Moore, Oklahoma, which prompted the man to drive to a different location, where the Human Resources department of the company was located, and then went on to make horrific news regarding an Oklahoma beheading. CNN reports the fact quoting Sgt. Jeremy Lewis of the Moore Police Department: "he was terminated, he drove to the front of the business, running into a vehicle, exited his vehicle, entered the business, where he encountered the first victim, Colleen Hufford, 54, and began assaulting her with a knife. He did kill Colleen and he did sever her head."
The man then went on to stab a second victim, Traci Johnson, multiple times and, according to police, she would have suffered the same fate as her coworker if there hadn't been someone nearby the scene: the company's chief operating officer, Mark Vaughan, shot the man multiple times to stop him. Vaughan is also a reserve sheriff's deputy, and he was off-duty at the time of the horrible Oklahoma beheading incident.
Currently, both the suspect and the second victim are hospitalized and looking stable.
The suspect of the Oklahoma beheading, Alton Nolen, was reported to be a recent Muslim convert, and he had been apparently asking co-workers to join Islam in the past. Even though there are no current concerns of terrorist involvement, the FBI has gotten involved in the case due to the gruesome nature of the attacks.
