The success of Taylor Swift's '1989' album and tour has been embraced by millions and the singer showed undoubtedly an immense amount of work ethic being on stage almost every night in different cities across the globe. This is why fans can't blame her if she would like to take a break for a while after her latest project.
But her followers might not be ready for this because there are news circulating that she is taking a 3-year hiatus once she is done with '1989.'
In an interview she did with NME magazine, she mentioned that the masses need some time off from her and that she may have suggested that she will not be in the music scene for a while when that happens.
Swift said, "I think I should take some time off. I think people might need a break from me. I'm going to...I don't know. Hang out with my friends. Write new music. Maybe not write new music. I don't know."
So far, it would appear that she still does not know exactly what to do after her current tour. When she was asked if she already has some new materials for a next project, she just decided not to answer it.
Taylor Swift has been a household name in the entertainment industry and everyday she seems to be on the headlines with about anything... her personal life, career and even down to the clothes she wears. She admitted that those things get to her head for the most part and it is assumed by some to be among the reasons why she needs a break from all of it.
Fans might be sad about it but even pop stars need some time off from all the craziness of their not-so-normal life.
