Most people leave a wedding with a bomboniere, but we're sure they're not the same as the ones from Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello's wedding. The gorgeous Vergara once said that she was very meticulous with every detail of her wedding and boy, was she not kidding.
Us Weekly reported the Modern Family star and her now-husband Joe Manganiello had everything planned right to the little details when they tied the knot in Palm Beach, Florida, on the 22nd of November.
The wedding bash lasted 3 days, so Vergara and her Magic Mike beau made sure their guest could go the distance. With their wedding reception allegedly lasting into the wee hours of the morning, the next day partygoers surely had a few sore heads.
According to an insider, medical personnel offered hungover revelers re-hydrating IVs to give them a boost for more party. The guest included Reese Witherspoon, Channing Tatum and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The newlyweds arrived to have brunch on Monday, where of course there was more champagne mimosas, were offered medical intervention.
It was no surprise when people were feeling a little woozy by Monday, the wedding itself, which reportedly cost $3 million, since it started Saturday night with a massive rehearsal dinner and party which lasted until after midnight. Us weekly reported that after the party, a pack of wedding planners and florists started getting into it, transforming the ballroom into a magical ceremonial place. It apparently took workers 18 hours to string together hundreds of roses and orchids so they covered the canopy plus more to line the aisle.
The real party happened after the couple exchanged their "I WILLs" instead of the traditional "I DO", with guests eating 'like kings'. Those who have sweet tooth were also catered; there was a sundae bar where 'ice cream was served in a mini martini glasses'.
Guests did not have to worry about calories as they had plenty of time to burn them off with Pitbull taking to the stage around 1am.
According to the magazine's insider, the singer 'brought the house down' as did Sofia who jumped on the stage.
