Rey is not the only one who has her own special 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' featurette!
Daisy Ridley's 'Episode VII' character was recently the focus of a Disney Channel on the set look for 'The Force Awakens.' Rey's featurette had sort of revealed where BB-8 is originally from (hint: it's classified) as well as a few interesting behind-the-scenes footage.
The new Disney Channel featurette on 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' shines the spotlight on Finn, who is played by John Boyega. The featurette also has plenty of footage and an exclusive interview where the 'Attack the Block' star shared some details about Finn.
"Finn is a Stormtrooper," Boyega said before offering a more background on the character.
"There is this feeling in him that [says] 'I want to mean something more, I want to find the good in myself,'' he said. "So the decision is to leave his Stormtrooper days behind. That leads him to meeting Rey and they embark on the journey together."
In the clip, John Boyega is also shown explaining a scene he is shooting with Daisy Ridley. "We have to run away from a few explosions and it was insane," he said.
In addition to that, John Boyega confirmed that working on 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' is as enjoyable as it looks.
"Every day we are filming the most vital scenes to the 'Star Wars' Universe and having fun doing it," he said.
The Disney Channel featurette also has new footage of Finn taking control of the Millennium Falcon, and he is clearly enjoying it. The possibility of either Rey or Finn being the pilot of Han Solo's beloved ship has previously been teased in the trailers and TV spots.
'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' is directed by J.J. Abrams and is scheduled to premiere on December 18.
