'The Walking Dead' 608 Post-Credits Scene Offers A Glimpse At Negan And The Saviors In TWD 609 [VIDEO]

The fall finale of 'The Walking Dead' may have ended with a cliffhanger on what could happen to Rick and the gang as they try to escape the walker horde by covering themselves in zombie guts. However, there was a surprise after the credits, as the prologue to the next episode was shown. And no, it doesn't look very promising.

'The Walking Dead' 608 post-credits scene follows Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) as they drive back to Alexandria when they encounter a group of bikers blocking the road. The group's leader tells them to get out of the truck and threatens to kill them if they refuse. As soon as they are out of the vehicle, the leader announces that everything they own is no longer their property. Sasha dares to ask, "Whose are they?" and the lead bikers responds, "Your property now belongs to Negan."

Although Jeffrey Dean Morgan himself is not in the prologue, it is a chilling reminder that the comic book's most dangerous villain will be making an appearance quite soon in the AMC TV series.

There is no doubt that fans of 'The Walking Dead' comic book as well as the TV show are looking forward to seeing Negan in action. After all, the leader of the Savior had famously made his introduction in the comic book by smashing Glenn's head in with the barbwire-covered baseball bat named Lucille. However, due to the TV show's tendency to change things up, the scene may not play out in the second half of Season Six.

So what could happen? There are speculations that Negan's first victim could be one of the major characters in the truck. The TV series has toyed with the idea of Daryl Dixon's death several times and having Jeffrey Dean Morgan Negan kill him off would make the villain more terrifying.

Who will be Negan's first victim? Find out when 'The Walking Dead' Season Six returns to AMC on February 14, 2016.
