Jennifer Aniston Movies: Her latest one, ‘Cake’ brings her having scars, no make-up and begrudging reviews after TIFF Premiere

Jennifer Aniston Movies - Who doesn't know Jennifer Aniston? She is the one Actress from Friends who actually made it and hasn't stopped appearing in movies as a main character.

All the other five friends stayed behind, one way or another. Courtney Cox has appeared in Scream and was pretty much a sensation after it, but then suddenly stopped acting. Lisa Kudrow is now in Web Therapy, which is pretty hilarious, but she hadn't been on the radar for a very long time.

As for the three male friends, Matt LeBlanc acts in different TV shows from time to time, Matthew Perry has been in some movies and David Schwimmer is now directing movies and is pretty good at it.

But the truly prolific Actress is Jennifer Aniston who has been in more movies than a lot of Hollywood actors and actresses. Ever since Friends finished in 2004 she hasn't stopped. And she has a nag for comedies. She was "Rachel" after all and can still make anyone laugh with her quirks and her vanity.

The thing is with dramas. Jennifer Aniston is specially good in comedy movies but when it comes to drama, she can pull it off but they are not always the best. She did have a lot of luck with The Good Girl (2002), in which she was leading and it was pretty good, or Derailed (2005), although Clive Owen and Vincent Cassel stole the show.

Now, Cake has premiered in TIFF and will be released commercially in 2015. It is one of Jennifer Aniston's unlikely movies as it is a drama, like we mentioned and in it she appears without any make up, scars and is in constant pain as her character has come out of an accident.

According to The Guardian, the movie is this: "Despite its sour centre, Cake's conceits quickly crumble, leaving just a half-baked pity." That is one big blow.

If there is one thing that Jennifer Aniston adds to movies is big turnout. People like her and like seeing her, so having her included engrosses the Box Office. Having her in a dramatic movie that doesn't stand for itself, though, makes it tricky.

We will have to wait and see after it is released to see if the prophecy of this reviewer when saying that the movie won't work in any way will happen and be a slip in Jennifer Aniston's career as she is the main character and the one who "carries" the film or if it's a lot more than what some say.
