A man - a bodyguard, to be exact -- was recently photographed protectively walking behind Adele, and after the photo spread online, he actually gained his own fan base in the blink of an eye.
The new bodyguard of "When We Were Young" singer Adele - who has an equally sexy name, Peter Van der Veen - is definitely trending and gaining popularity on Twitter, and now all over the media.
With a shaved head, a sharp style and and an equally sexy smolder, who wouldn't want someone like that protecting them?
According to Mashable, Peter Van der Veen was employed as extra security for Adele as she makes rounds of appearances while she promotes her new album, "25."
But this isn't the first time Peter Van der Veen has been photographed alongside a celebrity (for some reason, he only became Internet-famous now). People reports:
"If Van der Veen's face looks familiar (and not just from your dreams) you may recognize him from his years looking out for Lady Gaga, or his apparent 2005 beefy Mr. Europe bodybuilding win (probably the former)."
A Twitter user with the handle @ItsGagasGypsy even tweeted a collage of photos as evidence to the claims, which you can view here. The photo was aptly captioned: "Omfg Peter is Adele's bodyguard now... Adele Ft. Gaga confirmed!!!!"
After seeing Adele's new bodyguard, you'd definitely want to say "Hello." Not to worry though, you'll definitely be seeing a lot more of him.
