Doctor Says Taking Small Amount of LSD May Help Cure Anxiety and Insomnia

Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, more commonly known as LSD or acid, is a psychedelic drug that is known for its 'trippy' and psychological effects which usually involve alteration of the visuals, thinking processes, sense of time and spiritual experiences. LCD was also popularized by an anti-establishment phenomenon in 1960 that developed in the United States, spreading throughout the Western world and more, leading to its prohibition.

Dr. James Fadiman, a psychedelic researcher who has been working with LSD until it got banned during the Sixties said that after doing it, people eat better, sleep better, often returning to exercise or yoga meditation. He added that it's as if messages are passing through people's body more easily.

Microdosing, a term that obviously means taking things in small doses, is one of the most underrated forms of taking LSD. Although LSD is non-addictive, users take it in large doses hence the 'drug trips'. If microdosing is known to the mainstream, then people would feel the rebalancing those that are not of balance - and that is why he has been sending out instruction sheets about microdosing to some people and asked them to take note of their experiences. Fadiman says that the feedback he's been getting from those people is usually about their day being 'good' and things 'kind of work'.

One user named 'Madeline', according to Fadiman's book, have reported that when she started microdosing acid to 10 to 20 micrograms, she noticed increase in her focus, she claimed that she was able to open her heart to things and achieve breakthrough results while remaining integrated with her routine. She also added that her wit, response time, and visual and mental acuity seem greater than normal because of this new practice. Fadiman told Vice that if you microdose properly, it will truly help you.
