Francis Coquelin Net Worth: Arsenal Midfielder Out For Three Months! [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

It's been an awful weekend for Arsenal as the football team lost 2-1 to West Brom on Saturday, November 21.

Adding insult to injury, midfield defender Francis Coquelin also sustained a knee injury during the match when he tackled Baggies midfielder Claudio Yacob and had to be substituted, which means he'll be out of the game for a long while.

So, how long will he be on the sidelines? ArAccording to the Daily Mail, Francis Coquelin will be out for three months, as confirmed by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on Tuesday: "It means it will be, let's be realistic - a medial knee ligament - 12 weeks."

Speculators, as well as Arsene Wenger, initially estimated that Coquelin would only be out for two months. Thankfully, the Daily Star reports that Francis Coquelin will not need surgery.

However, as the new report surfaced, Francis Coquelin is sure to miss out on the rest of the calendar year, which includes six Premier League games, and the final two Champions League group stage matches, according to Football365.

Francis Coquelin isn't the only Arsenal player that's been injured. Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere, Danny Welbeck, Aaron Ramsey, Tomas Rosicky and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have also been out due to injuries.

The recent incident makes it seem as though Arsenal's future victory is highly at stake. A 2-0 win, or bettering the 3-2 home defeat by Olympiakos in the Champions League will grant Arsenal qualification.

On the bright side though, Wenger noted earlier this week that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain might just be able to play at Norwich City this weekend for the Premier League.

Not only that, but Arsenal seems to have something to look forward to: the January transfer window is in just two months, so Arsene Wenger can definitely sign a replacement for Coquelin's absence.

Francis Coquelin net worth is $6.76 million.
