Blake Shelton Tweets Support For Gwen Stefani's AMA Performance, Singer Says She Loves Him

Gwen Stefani might have appeared solo at the American Music Awards but that doesn't mean she didn't get enough support from her new beau Blake Shelton.

People Magazine reports the country singer tweeted his support for Stefani when she was about to perform her emotional new single Used To Love You at the show. "Prepare for greatness," Shelton wrote before Stefani took the stage.

Not only that! Shelton also "agreed" to a fan's tweet saying the No Doubt singer's performance "was the best of the show." Since the couple's reps have confirmed that both The Voice judges took their friendship to another level, Stefani and Shelton have been doing a lot of PDA.

In her Thanksgiving interview with Adam Levine, Stefani even slipped an "I love you" out of nowhere.

"F**k Blake. I've known Blake for too long. Blake's just my buddy," Levine told Entertainment Tonight. "I'm just kidding. I love you, Blake! Kinda. Ish."

That's when Stefani leaned in and said "I love you too, Blake. Ish."

So they're telling each other the L-word now? Levine was a little surprised too.

"You screwed yourself on that one!" he teased. "I protect you and you do something like that?!"

But believe it or not, Gwen had no idea who Blake Shelton was before he went on The Voice.

"I didn't even know about who he was right before the show," the 46-year-old singer admitted to Ellen. "Before I was on The Voice I never heard him before."

"I'm an O.C. girl! Like, what would I know?" she explained. But she went on talking about how she likes Shelton's music collection. "He knows every single '80s song. He literally is a musical jukebox. He knows everything about music, it's crazy," she said.
