Oreo is America's most loved cookie and cherished by almost any age group just about everywhere. The Oreo cookie twist, lick and dunk routine has turned out to be the iconic way to eat this popular cookie for many cultures. Even with Oreo being a classic snack for most though, they are still finding ways to reinvent their product.
On Wednesday, J&J Snack Foods Corporation launched two filled varieties of Oreo Churros to fulfill the interest of patrons who want "grab and go'' goodies, PRNewswire reports. The new and unique product comes with 10" Creme Filled OREO Churros and OREO Churros Creme Filled Bites, each made of real OREO Cookie pieces with creme stuffing inside. Such excellent new snack is going to be available all over the country and the bites are perfect for at-home consumption and can be purchased at retail outlets nationwide. This is a more portable variety to the Oreo Churros.
Gerry Schreiber, CEO and President of J&J Snack Foods said: "We were overwhelmed by the national buzz surrounding the original OREO Churros, so immediately began working on a product line extension so that the snack was available to dippers or grippers."

In November 2014 OREO Churros was presented in and designed for dipping into separate OREO creme dip cups. These are still for sale in three varieties: Traditional Churros, Double-Twisted and Bites.
Other than the Creme Filled OREO Churros and OREO Churros Creme Filled Bites, J&J Snack Foods Corporation also has unveiled OREO Cookie Crumb/Sugar Topping in which all OREO Churros can be twirled after heating to improve the original Oreo cookie flavor.
