When it comes to 'Star Wars,' most children usually choose to follow the path of the Jedi in hopes to be just like Luke Skywalker or Obi-Wan Kenobi. However, the Dark Side also gets its share of young ones who want to be Sith Lords.
Take for instance, a toddler who recently went viral after her father (and Youtube user) Jonathan H. Liu posted a video of his daughter singing the Imperial March when she thought no one was watching.
"We watched 'Star Wars' with our kids recently, and our toddler (2 and a half) really enjoyed the bits she saw before her bedtime. One of her favorite parts: the Imperial March. Here she is singing it to herself in her crib (as seen through the baby monitor)," Liu wrote.
The Imperial March-singing toddler isn't the only child who is a big fan on the Dark Side. The internet is littered with pictures of young girls dressing as Darth Vader princesses for Halloween. One little girl has even helped change the way that Disney labels its toys because of her love for Star Wars.
Eight-year-old Izzy Cornthwaite is a huge Star Wars fan who wanted to a Darth Vader costume and a lightsaber for her birthday. However, the young girl was devastated to find that the UK Disney Store listed the Sith Lord's outfit as a boy's costume. Undaunted, Izzy decided to write Disney about how the listing made her feel sad.
Just a week later, Disney sent Izzy the following response: "The description for this costume has now been amended as we understand that all our little Jedis enjoy Star Wars."
In addition to that, all of the listed Disney costumes were no longer divided as "for girls" or "for boys." The online store has amended the listing for their costumes as "for kids."
