Victoria's Secret Angel, Candice Swanepoel revealed that the thing she hated the most in being a model.
The 27 year old Victoria's Secret Angel and Max Factor ambassador has been very busy lately with all of the photoshoots, runway walks and just recently being one of the Angels in the most anticipated fashion week, the Victoria's Secret show. But though she has been in the modelling industry for so many years and definitely loving her fame and career, she admitted that there is one thing that she hates most in her career but she can't do without and that is, getting her hair done.
"I don't like getting my hair done, it's one of the worst things about being a model,'' Candice admitted to Vogue. "It's a little uncomfortable and when you're blow drying it every single day it's hard to keep it in good condition."
And when it comes to her personal fashion statement, she said when she's not in the runway she likes "jeans and a simple T-shirt, sometimes a little sporty" but insisted that her styles can very well change depending on her mood as she would sometimes go out with a feminine look or sometimes choose a "rock 'n' roll" attire. Swanepoel also said she likes mixing up as "I believe you can never go wrong with something classic and elegant," Candice explained. When she's out for a casual date she said the only beauty product that she can't live without is a mascara.
When asked about her thoughts on social media, she said as a model the social media platform became a necessity for her as it provides connection between her and to her fans. Candice said the platform allows her to share everything to her fans from her interest in "beauty and nutrition," charities she supports and where she's at. But though she realizes the significance of social media, she insisted "if I wasn't working I could definitely live without a phone."
