A year after purchasing her NYC bachelorette Pad, Amy Schumer decided to sell it for $2million after the deed of the house had been granted to her last year using a secret name of - A.B. Schumer.
The star bought the Manhattan penthouse for a price of $1.7million in October last year. If the 34-year-old will get her asking price she will earn $300,000.
Months before her $100million smash hit film Trainwreck was released she bought the Upper West Side property.
The house was located one block away from the Central Park. The pad has one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, high ceilings, wood burning fireplace, skylight kitchen, washer and dryer in the bathroom, private staircase approaching the roof terrace and a garden of flowers, shrubs and trees.
Based on Zillow 's report the apartment is full floor in a striking 20ft wide turn-of the century townhouse that has been 'thoroughly designed'.
A built-in bookshelves and wood burning fireplace is present in the elegant square living room with high ceilings. There is also a south facing dual window seat that is a much loved part towards the beautiful view of tree-lined street.
Its kitchen was composed of a Wolf 4-burner range and Wolf combination convection/microwave oven, two under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerators and a Miele dishwasher. Located inside the oversized bedroom is another wood burning fireplace.
The master bathroom has a soaking tub, shower with Waterworks equipment, wainscoting, marble sink counter and up to date checked model floor. A washer-dryer and a skylight can also be found inside.
Amy has a private roof terrace that can only be visited after walking through full stairs. Flowers, shrubs and trees can be found in the secret garden. The place is perfect for parties wherein two decked seating areas, cushioned benches, trellises for shade and potted herbs lining the walk way to the grill.
'No need for a summer place in the Hamptons; this paradise comes without beach traffic," according to Zillow.
