Miley stated, "I want all of you to know that I feel beyond grateful to be in a room full of so many…people who care so much about others because unfortunately that is way too rare in the world that we live in today. I'm thinking of tonight not as celebrating what we've already done but what we're doing and what we're going to do in the future."
Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose donated the white piano to the center for $50,000 and it was taken home by the winning bidder.
The singer showcased her enviable figure and out-there sense of style in a daring ensemble to make sure she had all eyes on her as she arrived on the red carpet at the event.
Her hair was scraped back into a large coiled topknot with her long dreads spilled out of and down her back.
Miley showcased her taut tummy to the max while also flashing a hint of cleavage as she dressed in a bejeweled net top with some fabric flowers strategically placed along her bust.
The singer's floor-length semi-sheer pink skirt flashed more than a hint of her supple and lean legs, while her modesty was covered by some strategically placed floral embellishments as she maintained her animated sartorial theme.
Wearing a pair of towering hot-pink, bejewelled shoes, while she accessorised her daring and funky look with a clam-shaped clutch, Miley rounded off her look.
She employed a matching lipstick color to complement her dress while she made sure that her makeup was detailed to perfection.
Cyrus previously dated Liam Hemsworth and Patrick Schwarzenegger, and was briefly linked to Victoria’s Secret Angel Stella Maxwell.
