Blake Shelton Tweets: There Are 'Many Great Things Happening in My Life'

Blake Shelton is coming out in the open about how happy he is at this very point in his life, in spite of getting a divorce later this year.

Could it be that him dating Gwen Stefani, part of the "many great things" happening in his life right now, as his tweet suggests?

After the recently concluded CMA Awards, Shelton posted his positive tweet and a congratulatory message for 2015 CMA's breakout star Chris Stapleton, who bagged three awards at the event and delivered the most talked about epic performance of the night with Justin Timberlake. The awards night was hosted by Carrie Underwood, who looks fabulous in her salmon tube gown.


The artist has said he is "in a good place" while recovering from a difficult time of loss due to his divorce from fellow country star Miranda Lambert, and this comment on Twitter is a testament.

"Awesome night tonight. So many great things happening in my life. Congrats to @ChrisStapleton!!!! Long time coming brother..."

According to an article written by Laura McClellan for Taste of Country, Shelton's referencing might include his role as a celebrity coach on The Voice, and his romance with Gwen Stefani, another coach on the show as a rep officially confirmed the rumors on Wednesday, shortly before the ceremony.

Both Shelton and his ex-wife Miranda Lambert attended and performed at the CMAs in Nashville, Tennessee. Lambert sported a hot pink ombre hair as she receives her Female Vocalist of the Year Award, in her short acceptance speech she appeared to subtly refer to her split when she said, "Hi guys, thank you so much. Man, I appreciate it. I needed a bright spot this year, so thank you."

Shelton officially announced that he and Lambert were splitting after four years of marriage in July.

While Gwen Stefani filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale in August after almost 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
