Actress Emma Roberts who is currently known for her role in Scream Queens is having a very busy year from all the projects bestowed upon her. Aside from her new TV series that is gaining high ratings these days, she is also about to star in a new movie called "Billionaires Boys Club."
Variety published the latest update about this new movie project that Roberts is in alongside Ansel Elgort (The Fault In Our Stars). The two will be joined by another huge name in the industry and he is known for his lead role in House of Cards and it is none other than, Kevin Spacey.
The Collider also got a hold of this report and published the plot details of the movie saying, Roberts will play the role of Sydney who will also be Elgort's love interest as he plays the role of a guy named Joe Hunt.
Another actor will also play a major character in the film and it is Taron Egerton as a professional tennis player, Dean Karny. Spacey on the other hand will be a high roller named Ron Levin.
The story will actually revolve more on the friendship and the falling apart of Hunt and Karny. The two has this Ponzi scheme and it is named The Billionaires Club, hence the title of the film. The scheme would then collapse as soon as Levin's investment on it ends up as nothing. This puts the two in desperate positions like Hunt was forced to kill Levin for money, but was eventually caught and sentenced in 1987 for the crime he committed. Karny on the other hand was the witness of this murder case.
The director of this movie would be James Cox who is known for working on "Wonderland."
