Rihanna's New Album 'Anti' Will Be Rescheduled To A New Release Date To Avoid Competing With Adele

Rihanna was recently reported to have her album release on a later date than they have originally planned to avoid competiting on sales with Adele's new album to be released this November as well.

After Adele released her single "Hello" for her new album, it already made about 45 million views in just 48 hours. This alone would threaten any artist who would try to set a release date the same as hers. This is probably why Rihanna and her team decided to push it back just a little bit to give way to Adele and her massive followers.

Fans have been longing for Rihanna to drop a new album already since it has already been three years that she released her last one. Her new album will be called "Anti" and it is good that at least now, it has finally a name. The cover of the album was revealed about a month ago when she did it during a secret album listening event for a few people.

Although it is still a rumor that is spreading around saying that the reason Rihanna pushed back her album release is to give way to Adele's album release, there are publications confirmation there is truth about it. The Daily Double wrote that her album was originally scheduled on November 6, but then they changed it to December. They even published that there is a chance that the release of her album will be moved again next year and it is all because of Adele's "25" album.

However, there is another news stating that Rihanna is actually not satisfied with her new album "Anti" just yet and it was all confirmed by her dad, Ronald. The Sun quoted the singer's father saying, "She's not comfortable with it. When she went over the songs she found all these little things she wanted to change and was worried about it."
