The dental technician, Margarita Palestino filed a suit against the actor Charlie Sheen a year ago (October 2014), accusing him of assault, sexual battery and intentional affliction of emotional distress after claiming he became violent while seeking treatment for an abscess.
In a report obtained by People: "When Bogen asked her to replace the mask, Sheen responded by grabbing Palestino's left breast area and then grabbed her bra strap, and forcefully pulled it down in an attempt to open or remove her bra. She fled from the examination room when she was able to break free of Sheen, she claims."
Margarita was then given $500 by the 50-year-old actor's bodyguard and personal assistant who said "this is for your troubles", the report further relates.
Charlie Sheen was high on a combination of crack cocaine, Theradol and alcohol while being treated for his abscess.

Sheen's publicist told People the actor had a bad reaction to the gas administered at the dentist's office and denied illegal drugs were involved.
Palestino has now filed a request for dismissal with prejudice, it means her suit has been dismissed permanently.
Sheen has been married three times. Donna Peele is his first wife, Denise Richards, an actress is his second and Brooke Mueller, is his third. He has fathered five children and has one grandchild.
On February 2014 Sheen became engaged to former adult film star Brett Rossi who began going by her real name, Scottine Ross. With a wedding planned for November 2014, the engagement was broken off in October with an announcement that the two had "mutually decided" to separate.
Sheen stated, "I've decided that my children deserve my focus more than a relationship does right now.
"I still have a tremendous fondness for Scotty and I wish her all the best." A month later it was reported that Rossi was hospitalized for an apparent drug overdose.
