Vanessa White Weight Loss: The Saturdays' Singer Reveals How She Lost 4lbs in a Week

Vanessa White has lost roughly 4lbs in one week after joining the military style boot camp to shape up.

The Saturdays' singer revealed she lost a staggering amount of weight after she headed to a boot camp and spent time doing a weight loss program under the supervision of a personal trainer.

Although she's living a healthy lifestyle and practices strong work ethic, the 26 year old actress admitted she needs a fitness trainer to help her workout and to motivate her during the physical exercise phase. And so she decided to go to Ibiza to get all the help she can get, Mirror reported.

The week long weight loss training program included intense workout sessions with former military trainers. But despite the extreme training and strict regime, White still continued with the program as she realized, "I do need trainer. I'm useless on my own. I need that kick up the butt!" Adding, "I do respond to a bit of discipline."

Many celebrities are actually shaping up in Ibiza, including model, former beauty pageant title holder, Amy Willerton, Pussycat Doll member, Ashley Roberts, Spencer Matthews and Binky Felstead from 'Made In Chelsea.'

White was motivated to lose weight after she decided to launch a solo career while The Saturdays on hiatus. While launching her latest career she said she's embracing a healthy lifestyle for her well- being.

"It's been a gradual thing," White explained. "I haven't dieted or gone through any drastic weight loss. I've just been revving things up and really getting ripped. I'm really happy with my body."

"A few years ago I didn't used to do much, but now I cannot imagine a life without exercise," she added.

More music from Vanessa White is expected to be released by next year with sultrier R&B a total opposite from the band's pop sounds.
