Susan Schneider, Robin William's wife finally had the strength to open up about her grief.
On August 11, 2014 Robin Williams, the man who voiced-over the "Genie" in Alladin, the actor who was appreciated and loved by the whole world, the very quirky peter pan in the movie "Hook", the man to be known as "The Best Dad in the World", the man who taught people all over the world a lot of lessons to be implemented in life, committed suicide at his home in California caused by depression. And ever since then his wife, Susan Schneider never opened up or talked about her loss.
This 30th of October, Schneider finally spoke in "Good Morning America" and during her interview she got a little emotional while talking about her husband's death. It was obvious that she couldn't handle her emotions that it was almost too heart-breaking to even see.
In the interview, the actor's wife said that the love that Robin made her feel was the best thing ever and that it was the love that she had always dreamed of. She even said that she considers herself a very lucky woman for she is married to the funniest man on earth. She also shared the heart-breaking moment she had when she found out that Robin hanged himself with a belt, her only reaction was to scream the words "What happened?" and "What did you do?"
When the world knew that the actor passed away, his wife, Susan, issued a statement saying that she had lost her husband and her best friend and the world lost one of its greatest and lovable actors. She added that their family wanted privacy and wanted the media to stay out of them while they're experiencing major loss and grief. In that statement, she mentioned that her husband was suffering under a severe depression.
