According to new reports, Selena Gomez is still fixated with the thought that Justin Bieber is her soul mate - that they are still meant to be together, forever.
A source told OK!, that the popstar is hopeful to reconcile with her ex-boyfriend and believes that even though they are not a couple right now, it will still be the two of them in the end, "Selena freely admits that Justin is the love of her life, the official line is that she's just waiting for him to grow up and see sense before they get back together."
Even after ending their whirlwind relationship that happened two years ago, Selena still has her hopes up in to the idea of giving her relationship with Justin, another try. "Selena is desperate to marry Justin and spend the rest of their lives together. No other guy comes even close," the insider added.
It was 2013, when Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber ended their three year on-and-off relationship, breaking not only each others' heart but also, their fans'. Ever since then, Gomez has been linked to a number of hotties like her former boyfriend Nick Jonas and German DJ Zedd.
The break-up seemed like doing good to her as she flourished in her music career, releasing a new album "Revival" that pretty much talks about her past relationship experiences - just like her bff Taylor Swift!
The 23-year-old former Disney star was even named as a Billboard chart topper with her album "Revival," USA Today said. According to Billboard, Gomez was able to climb the top spot upon the release of her new album with almost $117,000 sold in its first week.
"In the last few months, Selena has broken onto the scene as an adult, and come into her own as an artist with the success of Revival," said Janice Min, co-president and chief creative officer of Guggenheim Media Entertainment Group.
